Had a fantastic experience during my recent stay. The spacious living room was a real highlight, featuring a comfortable seating area and a well-equipped kitchenette, which made my stay much more enjoyable. The location was great, making it easy to access major attractions around the city. However, the check-in process was a bit slow, which could be improved.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was impeccably clean and provided a relaxing space after a long day. The helpful reception staff, especially Mr Jad, made check-in seamless and were always ready to assist with any inquiries. While I really enjoyed my time here, I think the check-in process could be improved to be a bit quicker.

I had a wonderful stay at novotel. the superior room was impeccably clean. housekeeping did an excellent job. the front office staff, especially mr jad and motirul, were very welcoming. the pool area was super safe, and I enjoyed the drinks made by dikshan.

Had an amazing stay! The pool was perfect for relaxation, and the gym facilities were great. Loved the Belgian beer cafe and the delicious Italian restaurant on-site. The rooms are very spacious and impeccably clean.
